Unified UX/Platform@education

The user experience of Lifecare Education

In the vision for Lifecare Education we can find clues to what kind of user experience we are aiming to deliver to our customers and end user. We talk about efficient and flexible solutions that will make our customer life simpler.

We also state that we want to act as a partner to our customer to help them transform their business. In that last statement we can find that working with a coherent user experience on Education expands outside the products them-self’s and in-corporate all parts of the organization to create a coherent user or customer journey.

This UX-web will firstly focus on the user experience of our products but will also try to talk about the bigger picture to explain why we have different ways of looking at user experience depending on what user group we are talking about. This we do by using our super personas, Debbie Desktop, Reggie Responsive, Leia Learning, Moe Mobile and Cindy Citizen.

The user experience of a product is built upon larger set widespread non-functional demands, not just user interface. We always need to take in consideration, when striving to target the user needs, the feasibility and viability of developing and maintaining the user experience we set to deliver, continuously.

SIMPLE – EFFICENT – FLEXIBLE
